Refund Policy for Our Services
The consultancy fees opted for by you are non-refundable. Therefore, you cannot seek a refund. Only in the case of cancellation of the services by Geosols, it shall be our responsibility limited to informing the payment gateway, within a reasonable period (not exceeding seven working days from the date of cancellation or discontinuation), to authorize the payment gateway to process the refund through their suitable channels.
Under no occurrence shall Geosols be held liable for any mislaying occasioned to you on the cancellation of the consultancy services.
